I need your help!!!!

I've been brainstorming...
and I need your help.
I have really been wanting to start a swap.
Not a button swap
(although I always like those)
but a package swap.
You know,
the snail mail kind.
I think it would be really neat to send and receive a package from different bloggie friends.
Maybe like every 3 months?
Here's how (I'm thinking) I will start this process:
If you are interested,
let me know! :)
If I can get at least 10 fellow bloggers who are interested,
I'll start an email chain.
In the email,
I will send some questions to answer about yourself,
and also let you know when the "mail out" day will be!
Then I'll pair you up with a Bloggy Package Swap Friend and send you their info:)
You will get a new BPSF (Bloggy Package Swap Friend) every 3 months!
Sound like fun?
I think so!!
I think it will be a neat way to get to know our blog friends even better!

Please please please share your opinions/sugestions!!!

a jewelry or accessories swap would be fun. anything light and easy (and cheap) to mail would work well!

i participated in a coffee mug swap once..didn't go so well...

That's one of the things I need help deciding haha. I would like the items to change for each swap (every 3 months). If you have any Ideas, let me know! :). I was thinking that for the first swap, we can send our BPSF something that is a favorite/must have for us- like maybe a favorite brand of lip gloss? Because we all know how good lip glosses are hard to find!

Yayyyy!!!! :):)

I would love to join in, but live in Australia..not sure if people would want to send internationally? Anyway, if they do - I am in!

I was so thinking of this earlier before I saw this post! I just did a nail polish swap and it was super fun! Which leads me to this idea, swapping nail polishes too! A girl can never have enough polish, and if you're like me...you're always painting your nails!:) I'd love to join:)

Same here Rhiannon, I'm in Australia too and I think people would be reluctant to post internationally - it can get pretty expensive. Plus, I've only just started blogging.

Autumn Ingram said...

Perfect!:):) I'll be sending out an email soon!

Autumn Ingram said...

Yay!!! I think it will be! :)

I just looked up the rates for our postal service and I don't think it will be too bad (unless we swap something that's super heavy haha); but the suggestions so far have been jewelry, nail polish, crafty things, ornaments, and books-nothing too heavy. I think it will be fine!:) I'm excited that you're joining in!

Autumn Ingram said...

Nail polish! Yes!! I lovee painting my nails. Haha you can never go wrong with nail polish. Perfect idea! I'm so glad you are joining in! :)

I could be down for this - sounds like fun!! A different "theme" every time would be cute!

Lauren said...

I love this idea! You could do different themes based on the time of the year or the blogger's favorite item, or things like that!
